HELLo, HELLo is Pivio’s return to a live album after 2019’s Failed Witness. Recorded during the concert held on October 10, 2024, at the Teatro Modena in Genoa-Sampierdarena, it contains nine tracks from the so-called “trilogy of social pathologies,” which began with Cryptomnesia (2020) — an album released during the pandemic — continued with Pycnoleptic (2023), an album that allowed for experimentation with new audio technologies (particularly through native mixing with the Atmos system), and concluded with Misophonia (2024), an album officially presented during Milan Music Week 2024. The live set also included “Poesia Iran 2022,” a song included on the collective CD Parole Liberate and which will be featured on Pivio’s previously announced upcoming solo album.
